Inclusive dance/movement classes for children and young people.

Times: Friday 5-6pm (during school term time)

Fees: £3.50 per class

The classes include:
Warm - ups, stretching, relaxation.
Awareness of the body, space and direction.
Awareness of rhythm and music.
Working with a partner and in small and large groups.

All Welcome: at present the age range is 7-15 years
